The Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) is a partnership between the Counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

3C-REN Multifamily Home Energy Savings Program Launch

Join 3C-REN, industry-leading experts, and community members to discuss how you can receive no-cost energy assessments, technical assistance, and rebates on multifamily properties throughout the tri-county area. 

In this event, we will address:

• Property and project eligibility, 
• How to receive incentives
• Program benefits for tenants and property owners. 

The Multifamily Home Energy Savings program enables multifamily property owners and operators to make energy-efficient upgrades on properties with five or more units.

The program provides property owners and property managers with up to $750 per apartment in rebates that help offset costs for building improvement projects that increase energy efficiency, lowers energy bills, and maximizes energy savings.
